Egis installed two air con units in our very warm new build. He and his team were incredibly prompt, professional and tidy and had our house cool in no time. Outstanding in every way. Polite, personable, punctual, efficient, clean and tidy. Uses a neat app so a customer can track where the engineer is when on their way to your appointment. I really appreciated being kept informed while the engineer, Egis, was on site too. He clearly explained everything he was doing and the reasons for it. Great communication all round. Got in contact with Egis at click service as needed to replace 2 radiators downstairs for new ones and to sort out 2 other radiators not working. Egis was very friendly and informative when he came round to quote for the works and also gave good advice on what he thinks would be best for us. He quoted for the works quickly and efficiently and we had the worked booked in 48 hours later. Egis arrived on time and was very respectful and efficient with all his works he carried out he was very tidy and took great care to ensure all carpets and floor areas was protected. We had a burst pipe in the cold weather. There was clear communication throughout from this company. They arrived when promised and their staff are polite and respectful. Really good experience from Click Service Team. I had an initial same day appointment for the engineer to figure out what the issue was, then once the replacement part had arrived, the engineer came back and fitted the new part quickly and efficiently.
