Charges

Here’s a detailed explanation of how our pricing and billing works:

Call Out Charges

  • Initial Charge: Our call out charge will cover first 30min on site assessing the job, minor repairs or sourcing parts. If visit takes longer than 30min, hourly rates will apply.
  • Incremental Charges: After the first hour, we charge in half-hour increments. This means anything between the 1st and 30th minute after the previous time slot is billed as an additional half hour.
  • No Call Out Charges: Fixed rate jobs do not incur call out charges. You only pay the fixed price unless additional work is requested.

Additional Fees

  • Parking and congestion zone charges applies.
  • After hours call outs are subject to 50% labour costs increase.

Cancellation Policy

  • This cancellation policy applies to call-outs, servicing appointments and other small jobs booked without a deposit.
  • No cancellation charge will apply if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start of the scheduled time slot.
  • Cancellations or booking amendments made less than 24 hours before the appointment must be made by telephone. We will always try to accommodate changes where possible.
  • Late cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the booked job value

General

  • If there is no access to the property, a call out charge will be applied.
  • If we are unable to perform the work for reasons beyond our control (other than our own fault), a minimum of call out charge will be applied.

Billing

General

Any person or business booking our services is responsible for covering all costs.

We do take payments in full immediately after the job has been completed.

A 50% deposit is required for all quoted work valued over £500.

Call-Out Charge Policy

Our call-out charge covers the booking administration, the engineer’s travel, and up to 30min of diagnosis, repairs, consultation or anything else. This fee ensures we can allocate time and resources efficiently for your appointment. If further work is required beyond this timeframe, we’ll always discuss and agree on any additional costs before proceeding.

Credit/Debit Card

  • We do take card payments on site and over the phone.
  • We can send card payment links for deposits and larger sums.
  • We can take cash payments on site.

Bank Transfer

  • Details provided on the invoice.
  • Ensure to include the invoice number as a reference.
  • Mainly used to pay larger sums and deposits.

VAT

All prices are subject to VAT.
