Click Service Team was founded by Egis, whose career spans both luxury hospitality and hands-on technical expertise. His journey began in London’s most prestigious 5-star hotels, where he learned the importance of exceptional service, reliability, and attention to detail.

Driven by a passion for technical work, he later qualified as a gas and heating engineer and spent several years working directly in the field across some of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, serving private homeowners and high-profile clients.

His experience led him into a challenging office-based management role within a rapidly growing plumbing and heating company, giving him invaluable insight into operations, customer service systems, and building an efficient service-led business.

In 2024, bringing together years of hands-on engineering experience, high-end hospitality standards, and strong operational management, Egis established Click Service Team LTD - a company built on professionalism, modern systems, and a commitment to exceptional customer care.
