Charges

 We are proud to offer competitive and transparent pricing. Here’s a detailed explanation of how our pricing and billing works:


Fixed Rate Jobs

  • No Call Out Charges: Fixed rate jobs do not incur call out charges. You only pay the fixed price unless additional work is requested.

Call Out Charges

  • Initial Charge: Our call out charge includes the first hour of investigation, labour, fault finding, sourcing parts, or anything else.
  • Incremental Charges: After the first hour, we charge in half-hour increments. This means anything between the 1st and 30th minute after the previous time slot is billed as an additional half hour.


 Additional Fees

  •  Parking and congestion zone charges apply where applicable. 


Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellation charges apply if the job/visit is cancelled at least 24 hours before the beginning of the scheduled time slot.
  • If booking amendments or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior, it must be done over the phone and we will do our best not to apply cancellation fee.
  • Failing all the above will result in 50% value of the booking cancelation fee.


Access Issues

  • If there is no access to the property, a call out charge will be applied.
  • If we are unable to perform the work for reasons beyond our control (other than our own fault), a minimum of call out charge will be applied.



Billing

General

Any person or business  booking our services are responsible to cover all costs.

We do take payments in full immediately after the job have been completed. 

All Online bookings require upfront payment.


 Call-Out Charge Policy
Our call-out charge covers the booking administration, the engineer’s travel, and up to the first hour of diagnosis or repairs. This fee ensures we can allocate time and resources efficiently for your appointment. If further work is required beyond the first hour, we’ll always discuss and agree on any additional costs before proceeding. 


Credit/Debit Card

  • We do take card payments on site and over the phone.
  • Online bookings paid by card  at the time of booking.
  • We can take cash payments on site


Bank Transfer

  • Details provided on the invoice.
  • Ensure to include the invoice number as a reference.
  • Mainly used to pay larger sums and deposits.


 VAT

 All prices are subject to VAT
